Leadership
This week, Confidence launched an interesting feature called “Confidence Loop”.
It's a sequence of agents that looks at data to identify opportunities to improve a product or fix bugs.
And, if you want it to, it can run the full loop: identify the problem, propose a solution, implement it, and measure the results.
It's interesting how every CRO tool now claims to be agentic.
A handful are getting there, and one or two are already pretty good at it.
Eventually, they'll all end up with a “full loop” feature like this one.
I haven't used Confidence Loop, so I can't say whether it delivers on its promise.
But if it doesn't yet, at some point it will as LLMs keep improving.
I've been saying for a while that the top CRO professionals of the future will rarely touch the “pixels” themselves.
That future looks increasingly obvious to me.
AI will handle more and more of the “identify an opportunity, create a solution, measure the results” loop.
A CRO professional's value will come from their ability to build, improve, and supervise those systems, rather than work directly on the pages or the product.
Let's see how wrong I am in a year or two. 🙃
